1. Who we are

This site is operated by Venevisión for Teletón Venevisión 2026 “Unidos por Venezuela”, in partnership with Dividendo Voluntario para la Comunidad (DVC), the official United Way Worldwide affiliate in Venezuela.

2. Data we collect

• Contact details you voluntarily provide (name, email, phone).
• Administrator sign-in data (email and credentials) for the authorized team.
• Technical browsing data (IP address, device and browser type) for security and aggregate analytics.

We do not process card or financial data on this site; donations are handled through the DVC and United Way Worldwide platforms.

3. How we use information

We use data to respond to requests, coordinate participation in the telethon, manage site content, meet legal obligations and protect the platform from misuse. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing with third parties

We may share information with our operating partners (DVC, United Way Worldwide, Circuito Unión Radio), with technology providers that host the site, and with external auditors, always under confidentiality obligations and only for the purposes described here.

5. Cookies and embedded services

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work and for the administrator session. Videos are embedded through YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode; playing them is subject to that provider's policies.

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law, and apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, although no system is completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, updating or deletion of your personal data, or object to certain processing, by contacting us.

The site is not directed to minors. If we learn we hold a minor's data without guardian consent, we will delete it.
